Terms of Service

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We try to keep product details, photos and prices accurate, but colours and finishes can look slightly different on screen.

Prices and stock can change without notice. If an item's price or availability changes after you order, we will contact you before going ahead.

An order placed on the website is a request to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or the details can't be verified. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives.
• Bank transfer: we share our account details after confirming your order. We dispatch once the payment is received.

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times and charges depend on your city and the size of the order, and we will tell you both when we confirm. Please check your parcel when it arrives and report any damage within 48 hours, with photos if possible.

• Items that arrive damaged, faulty or wrong are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
• Other returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.
• Products that have been installed, cut or modified can't be returned unless they are faulty.
• Guarantee terms vary by product and brand. Ask us for the details of any item.

We recommend installation by a qualified plumber. We are not responsible for damage or faults caused by incorrect installation, misuse or normal wear and tear.

When you send a review or message, you allow us to show approved reviews on our website. Don't submit anything false, offensive or unlawful. We may edit or remove any review.

Text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Mustafa Traders or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam or trying to break its security.

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls under the courts of Rawalpindi.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to it.
